Although there is much pollution in deciduous forest's one that people don't often think about is forest fires. In fact 9 out of 10 (90%) of forest fires are caused by humans. The other 1 (10%) is caused by lightning. There have been people trying to help such as Smokey the bear but still there are forests fires around the world. People are trying all over the world by preserving our forests there are national forests in almost all of the states if we keep this up we might have a chance. Even if we do small things to help the envioronment such as recycling we can make a difference.
There are many things that pollute the temperate deciduous forest. The fuels we burn are destroying forests. The fuels create Air Pollutants. These pollutants are killing wildlife and poisoning the soil. Also the mining that is being done in Germany. It involves stripping off the forest to get to the rock underneath. They move so much of the forest that they don't regrow on the damaged soil.
We may be small but together we can make a difference. If we can invent cars that run on oil or huge skyscrapers why can't we invent a car that runs on Ethanol, batteries, nuclear power, or even solar power. We have the brains now we have to use them. In Germany what they did to the forest was wrong just to get coal. If we could find new enviornmentaly friendly ways to help us and the enviornment we would have a bright future. Now it's time to take action are you ready?
